FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: automated radioisotope gauge has source of ionizing radiation, detector, collimators, vibrofeeder, measurement station, quality inspection section, controlling and recording equipment. Measurement station is put on inclined base and is composed of measurement pivot fabricated in the form of prism, bearing pivot mounted above measurement pivot, pressing pivot mounted for fixation of tablets on measurement pivot of tablet separator and photosensor. Separator of tablet flow, bearing and pressing pivots of measurement station and position control unit of quality inspection section are joined to members of structure of gauge with the aid of elastic elements presenting shaped springs. Separator and pressing pivot are rigidly fixed on rods of electromagnets which are installed together with photodiode sensor on quickly removable bracket positioned outside control zone. Such design of automated radioisotope density gauge makes it possible to use it in technological inspection lines in flow production. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability. 3 dwg
