SUBSTANCE: method deals with sampling of gingival liquid at the quantity of 0.01-0.05 ml, then it is diluted with physiological solution by 20-30 times and placed onto a slide. A sample should be inspected by an optic microscope in polarized light. The degree of disease severity is predicted according to appearance of mesomorphic structures. EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics to estimate the state of parodontium tissues.
