FIELD: tests of electric systems, applicable as a device monitoring the operation of control equipment. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a pulse generator, pulse counter, control unit, controlled switch and a measurement unit. The pulse generator output is coupled to the input of the pulse counter, whose outputs are coupled to the control unit inputs and address inputs of the controlled switch. The controlled switch output is coupled to the measurement unit, changed-over inputs of the controlled switch are coupled to the device test inputs. The device additionally uses an EXCLUSIVE OR logic unit, short pulse shaper and a time relay, second pulse shaper and second pulse counter. The device provides for automation of test of master controllers both in statics and in the process of check-up of functioning and thereby increasing the check-up speed and truth. Besides, the device provides for producing the "failure" command in case of a defect and stopping the test until the cause of the failure is revealed and eliminated.
