FIELD: pulse engineering, applicable in digital systems for conversion of binary code to multiple-digit- four-and eight-digit codes. SUBSTANCE: in the first variant the converter has two input and two output lines, inverter, first and second signal polarity selector switches. In the second design variant the converter has three input and two output lines, inverter, two OR circuits, EXCLUSIVE OR circuit, two signal polarity selector switches. The first input line is connected to one input of each OR circuit, the outputs of the first and second OR circuits are connected to the input of the first and second polarity selector switches respectively.
