FIELD: television engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has data selector, random-access memory (RAM) for received data storage, interface, control unit for RAM control by line and frame sync pulses that generates interface control signal to change data passage over data bus; interface is connected to personal computer; it also has line counter and byte counter. First group of data selector outputs is connected to first group of control unit inputs to transmit line and frame sync signals. Second input of data selector is connected to data selection level output of control unit. First output of control unit is connected to control input of interface. Second input of RAM is connected to address bus incorporating code determined by status of line counter and byte counter. Line counter is connected to respective interface outputs through bus. EFFECT: improved data reception speed and provision for data reception irrespective of characteristics of coding, transmission protocol, location of data sequence origin. 2 dwg
