FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and relates to a method for producing a plant growth biostimulator. Phytostimulant is obtained by cultivating the yeast Nadsoniella nigra in the medium containing: (NH4)2SO4 – 3.0 g/l; K2HPO4 – 2.0 g/l; MgSO4⋅7H2O – 0.2 g/l; sucrose – 20 g/l; yeast autolysate – 10.0 g/l. Medium pH 3.5, the temperature of cultivation (26÷27) °C. Inoculum of Nadsoniella nigra is stimulated with ultrasound at frequency of 880 kHz and power density in the range of 0.1–1.0 W/cm3 for 30÷120 s before cultivation. Next, the homogenization in the culture fluid in the ultrasound field is carried out with frequency of 22 kHz and power density of at least 10 W⋅cm-3. Before using the phytostimulant is diluted with water and used for soaking seeds and/or treating vegetative plants.

EFFECT: proposed phytostimulant is optimal both for seed germination and for increasing the growth and development of the plant.
