FIELD: food production. SUBSTANCE: granulated composition has a core containing physiologically active component covered with a layer of laminar structure. This layer has lamellar crystals consisting of one or some substances (the first covering material) taken from the group involving fatty acid or its ester with 12-22 carbon atoms, hardened animal or vegetable fat, or fatty oil (melting point is 40 C or above) and lamellar substance lamellar crystals (the second covering material) poorly dissolved in water under neutral conditions but good soluble under acid conditions and showing an average particle size 5-30 mcm. Ratio of the first covering material and the second one is at the range (3:2)-(1:3), by mass and mass of covering layer is 5-50 wt. -% of total composition mass. Physiologically active substance involves component taken from the group consisting of vitamin, enzyme, drug, hormone, carbohydrate, microorganism, mineral substance or any nutrient substance.
