SUBSTANCE: end-diastolic volume, end-systolic volume, the rate of circular shortening of myocardial fibers (CSMF) to estimate coefficient of residual working capacity according to the following formula: K= x CSMF. At the value of residual working capacity coefficient being below 1.6 it is considered to be unsatisfactory that is insufficient to perform easy work. EFFECT: higher efficiency of rehabilitation measures due to integral evaluation of altered values for intracardiac hemodynamics and reasons for medicinal correction of initially decreased residual working capacity that favors more rapid and stable stabilization of patient's state. 1 tbl
