SUBSTANCE: in patients after acute coronary syndrome, in 3-6 wk after stabilization of their clinical state it is necessary to prescribe a training cycle consisted of 2 stages, each being of 3-mo-long period. During this training course one should control patient's heart rate and arterial pressure, calculate the ratio for cholesterol value in low-density lipoproteids against that of in high-density lipoproteids both at the beginning and in the end of each stage of trainings. It is necessary to take into account the presence and quantity of stenocardia attacks during the last 2 d before the onset of the next training stage. Training loading should be calculated by taking into consideration the parameters measured and the value of a threshold loading in the end of previous training stage. The innovation enables to evaluate patient's state and the level of applied physical loading.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of rehabilitation.
