FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring basic cardiodynamical values like general ejected fraction end- systolic volume, maximum exhaust rate. Volume-type heart loading modeled by passively rising lower extremities of a patient at an angle of 45 deg is applied. The end-systolic volume increments and ejected fraction are calculated to determine their ratios. Comparison of end- systolic volume increments ratio to general ejected fraction with loading dynamics on maximum exhaust rate is carried out. The effectiveness criterion being less than 5.0 in combination with positive loading dynamics on maximum exhaust rate, the clinically selected patient treatment mode is considered to be effective. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of method.
