FIELD: fusion of rubbing and sealing surfaces by wear resistant materials. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of exciting ultrasonic oscillations in material of product; determining natural frequency of product material; simultaneously with fusion process ultrasonic action in resonance mode is realized; smoothly increasing intensity of ultrasonic oscillations before fusion from minimum level up to 0.2-0.3 of value of breaking tension stresses of given metal. Physico-chemical properties of material provided at fusion are not worse than properties of product material.
