FIELD: waste water disposal. SUBSTANCE: ash dust and sludge are combined and agglomerated into pellets using binder or with no binder. Pellets, which may be coated, are then dried. Dried pellets are placed into roasting kiln in the direction parallel with fuel and air flow through kiln. Pellets harden in the kiln and are fully roasted and subjected to different extent to pyrolysis and caking. Kiln produce, being a ball-like material with low density and hard and porous structure, is directed into refrigerator.
