SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of combined synthesis of threo-5,6-disubstituted hept-1-enes and threo-5,6-disubstituted deca-1,9-dienes of the general formulas (CH₂=CH-CH₂-CH₂-CH(R′)-CH(R′)-CH₃ (I) and (CH₂=CH-CH₂-CH₂-CH(R′)-CH₂-CH₂-CH=CH₂ (II) where R′ - n-butyl or benzyl. -AlCl-AlCl where R² - ethyl or iso-butyl, metallic Mg, alpha-olefin R′-CH=CH₂ where R′ - n-butyl or benzyl and catalyst ZrCl₄ taken at molar ratio (20-22):10:(20-22):(0.2-0.4), respectively, in solution of tetrahydrofuran is kept at stirring and the room temperature for 8 h. To prepared reaction mixture BuLi is added at 0 C and CuCl and allyl chloride at molar ratio (20-22):(0.1-0.3):(60-66), respectively, and kept at stirring and the room temperature for 7-9 h. Method shows high degree of stereo- and regioselectivity. Synthesized compounds can be used in fine organic synthesis, for synthesis of biologically active preparations and special polymers.
