FIELD: lacquers. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out in reactor-autoclave by catalytic destruction of rubber solution at extensive mechanical solution stirring at the range of temperature 90-105 C in the presence of 0.06-0.10 wt.-% heterogeneous catalyst up to preparing composition exhibiting viscosity value 30-40 sp (at 20 C) and iodine number is 40-65 I2/100 g. Catalyst: divalent manganese and C7- and above carboxylic acid salt containing water of crystallization. Salts are obtained by exchange decomposition method. Catalyst: suspensions of basic and medium above indicated carboxylic acid salts and four- and trivalent manganese obtained by tribochemical interaction of MnO2 at ratio dioxide : acid = (1:2)-(1:3). Rubber solution can be prepared in the same reactor-autoclave where film-agent is prepared in the presence of 1-3 wt.-% film-agent. Stirring intensity must provide minimal value of Reinolds index 100, not less. Heterogeneous catalyst is added at temperature 75-80 C. EFFECT: improved method of lacquer making. 4 cl, 2 tbl
