FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: in a method where film-forming material is prepared by oxidizing with air at 90-105 C mixture of synthetic rubber, terpene oil, sunflower oil, and lacquer petroleum, indicated mixture is first heated to 80-95 C at stirring to dissolve 70-80 wt % of initially charged solid rubber, after which 0.05-0.09% (of total weight of charge) manganese stearate is added and oxidation is carried out at stirring and simultaneously bubbling air at flow rate 0.45-0.60 cu.m/min until complete dissolution of synthetic rubber and solution viscosity 55-65 c (20 C) are achieved at following ratio of rubber, terpene oil without its volatile components, sunflower oil, and sum of volatile components of terpene oil and lacquer petroleum: 1:1.5:n:0.818(2.5+n) where n is no higher than 0.5. EFFECT: simplified process. 2 cl, 3 tbl, 10 ex
