FIELD: mining industry, underground construction with use of rock freezing under complex hydrogeological conditions. SUBSTANCE: proposal includes group of inventions, namely: rock freezing during construction of underground structure and gear for implementation of process. Process includes drilling of advance and freezing holes with installation of cooling pipes in them with freezing columns, pumping of grouting material through freezing holes for formation of floor of frontal part, feeding of cooling agent and formation of ice and rock fence with subsequent drilling and formation of due working. Thermometric holes with installation of casing thermometric pipes to accommodate temperature sensors are drilled between advance and freezing holes. Freezing of rock is performed till solid ice and rock mass is formed to depth of due working. Air flow rate is regulated by its passage through shutting and distributing equipment. Cavity can be formed in zone of frontal part of ice and rock mass by feeding of pressure jet of hot water through upper pipes and by removal of melted rock through lower cooling pipes. Gear for freezing of rocks has central cooling pipe located in advance hole, peripheral cooling pipes located in freezing holes and uniformly positioned over circumference at some distance from axis of central pipe close to radius of drilling chamber and at angle to this axis with formation of funnel towards face, freezing columns installed uniaxially in cooling pipes, sources of compressed air and cooling agent. Source of cooling agent has form of turbocooling set and includes shutting and distributing equipment. Source of compressed air is connected to inlet of turbine of mentioned set and low-temperature outlet of turbine is connected to freezing columns of cooling pipes through shutting and distributing equipment with the aid of flexible hoses. Freezing columns are mounted in cooling pipes for reciprocating motion along their axes. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of process and gear. 3 cl, 3 dwg
