FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engine automatic controls. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal governor has housing, speed pickup with hub and sleeve mechanically coupled with fuel metering device by means of successively articulated intermediate levers. One of levers is mechanically coupled with control lever, and flexible member with main spring located outside the governor housing at side of fuel injection pump is coupled with sleeve by means of rod passing through bores of housing and hub coaxially with axis of hub rotation.
