FIELD: flow control facilities. SUBSTANCE: liquid flow control valve has first and second conducting base members separated by resistance member. Valve actuating member is installed for sliding in second base member providing sliding contact with the latter. Valve actuating member can be shifted from first position in which it is located at a distance from first base member to second position in which it provides electric connection of first base member with second base member, thus forming low- resistance joint. In first position of actuating member located at a distance from first base member, electric resistance between base members depends on electric resistance of separating member. Electric circuit connected through base members and including limiting resistor forms voltage division circuit with separating member to provide generation of output voltage signal indicating the fact that actuating member of valve is in contact with first base member.
