FIELD: engine manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: device refer to the engine-building, in particular to the heating devices of the combustion engines. The device is focused on perfecting of the above-mentioned method of the fuel injection in the combustion engine's combustor of the above-mentioned type, so that is perfects control channel cooling, in particular, electro-magnetic channel. Fuel injection method in the combustion engine's combustor is done in a way where the fuel is supplied using at least one preliminary injection pump from the tank for at list one high-pressure pump, and after that, fuel, supplied by a high-pressure pump, enters the injector with high pressure, which contains an injecting nozzle with a rotating in the axis direction nozzle needle exiting to the control section which is made with the ability of receiving fuel with pressure and regulating that pressure using the control channel which opens or closes a least one entry or exit fuel channels. Between a preliminary injection engine and a high-pressure engine a part volume of fuel is bled as a flush volume and it is injected in the injector's flush channel. The flush volume is injected in the control channel in such a way that the flush volume passes, at least in part, through the control channel and preferably is mixed with the fuel from the entry or discharge channel, accordingly, where the flush volume is led through the cooler heat exchanger for the flush volume's temperature control. The fuel injection device in the combustion engine's combustor contains, at least, one preliminary injection pump to inject the fuel from the tank; at least, one high-pressure pump and an injector, where the preliminary injection pump has the ability to inject the fuel to the high-pressure pump, and the high-pressure pump has the ability to inject the fuel with high pressure to the injector, at that the injector contains a injecting nozzle with a nozzle needle rotating in the axis direction, led to the control section which has the ability to receive the fuel with a high pressure and control the pressure in it using a control channel which opens or closes a least one inlet or outlet fuel channel. A diversion canal is placed between the preliminary injection pump and the high-pressure pump connected to the injector's flush channel. The flush channel is led to the control channel in such a way that the flush volume, at least in part, passes through the control channel and preferably is mixed with the fuel from the entry or discharge channel, accordingly, where the diversion canal is led through the cooler heat exchanger for the flush volume's temperature control.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of injection.
