FIELD: transport engineering; inertia propellers of vehicles. SUBSTANCE: inertia force is created along axis of vehicle movement by installed 2n unbalance vibrators on common rigid axle at distance L from each other. Phase shift angle of momentary forces created by vibrator is equal to ϕi= -πL (i - 1)/τ where τ = V/2f is pole division; f = ω/2π - is vibration force frequency; i is ordinal number of unbalance vibrator; n is number of vibrator pairs; V is preset movement speed of inertia force; ω is angular rotation frequency of vibrators; k is integral number, even for off "n" and odd for even "n". To provide runout and braking, momentary force phase shift angle is changed. Maximum speed of movement of inertia force is provided by changing distance between vibrators. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability, increased range of control within wide range of speeds. 5 cl, 10 dwg
