FIELD: production of oil and gas pipes resistant to cold and to media containing hydrogen sulfide, CO and media contaminated with sulfate-reducing bacteria. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes steel melting, production of casting, rolling, intermediate heating, cooling, hardening and tempering. After melting, steel is blown in ladle with argon and treated with synthetic slag and subjected to hot rolling. Then, pipe is subjected to preliminary hardening from heating temperature of AAc3 +(30-50)C, intermediate heating up to 550-600 C, straightening, cooling in the air, final hardening from intercritical interval of 750-830 C and tempering at 600-700 C. EFFECT: higher resistance to cold and corrosion and extend field of use of pipes produced by the offered method. 1 tbl
