FIELD: methods for producing composite threads from glass and organic substance. SUBSTANCE: method consists in joining continuous fibers from thermoplastic organic substance in the form of cloth with rope or cloth from glass fibers. Velocity of thermoplastic fibers in their joining with rope or cloth from glass fibers exceeds that of drawing of glass fibers. The device for production of composite thread has at least one spinneret supplied with glass and connected with sizing device; at least one spinning head supplied with molten thermoplastic substance and means for joining and winding of composite thread. Device has means for joining of thermoplastic and glass fibers. EFFECT: provision of production of complex composite threads containing various thermoplastic substances. 11 cl, 6 dwg
