FIELD: railway track repair and maintenance machinery. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame resting on railway trucks, cutting bar installed on one of frame sides with possible power-turning around vertical axis. Bar is located on rear as to direction of travel end section of frame behind rear railway truck. Also provided is elevating conveyor located ahead of cutting bar in direction of machine travel with possible positioning of its receiving end near discharge end of cutting bar. Another conveyor is positioned in discharge zone of elevating conveyor for reloading of extracted ballast. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 9 dwg
