FIELD: conversion of oscillatory motion of drive shaft into unidirectional motion of driven shaft forward, backward and neutral position. SUBSTANCE: drive and driven shafts are interconnected by means of four-link gear train whose all gears are thrown into constant engagement. Two gears are fitted on drive shaft through overrunning clutch which has opposite directions of seizure. Two other gears are linked with inner and outer shafts respectively and are used for revolving the inner and outer shafts in opposite directions. Clutch is connected with driven shaft for engagement with inner or outer shaft. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
