FIELD: nondestructive testing. SUBSTANCE: transducer has piezoelement, flexible member, waveguide and membrane enclosed in case. Membrane is coupled to case over external contour. Piezoelement is made as thin disc secured on one side of flexible member in the form of membrane rigidly coupled with its central part on, other side with the other end of waveguide. External contour of flexible member is coupled rigidly to case. Electrodes in the shape of concentric disc and ring are provided on nonoperating surface of piezoelement. Lateral size of waveguide is selected to be less than disc electrode diameter. Flexible member is fitted with ring arranged over its external contour on waveguide side.
