FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: in the process of preparing grain for storage grain is treated with propionic acid up to film formation on the surface of each caryopsis. Jasmonic acid and/or its lower alkyl esters are added to propionic acid at amount 0.1-0.01 wt.-%. EFFECT: improved method of grain preparing.
