FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: composition contains sweetener and grain flour. Used as a sweetener, composition contains mixture of granulated sugar and edulcorant. Used as edulcorant are artificial substances with sweetness degree in 30-500 times higher than granulated sugar (saccharose). Edulcorant is taken with reference to sugar in ratio 100:(0.03-0.6). Composition contains the following ingredients in ratio, mas.%: sweetener, 0.3-1.5; grain flour, the balance up to 100%. Used as edulcorant may be saccharinate Na, or sucralosa, or dipeptide, or their derivatives or saccharin, or sodium salt of cyclohexylamino-N-sulfonic acid, or H-bitulsulfamate, or cyclamates, or tryptophan derivatives, or benzene derivatives. EFFECT: increased quality index of prepared product.
