FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of intensive therapy for exogenous and endogenous detoxification of organism. Method of invention consists in using new device for preparing high-quality sodium hypochlorite solutions, namely flow-type electrolyzer with titanium electrodes promoted by microquantities of platinum and having roughness ratio no less than 200. Interelectrode distance ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 mm. Flow velocity of physiological solution is 100 to 400 ml/min. Current density is 20 to 100 (advantageously 10-20) mA/cm. Combination of the above-listed factors ensures preparing high-purity (in particular, not containing noxious sodium chlorate impurities) and sterile sodium hypochlorite solutions. EFFECT: eliminated effect of noxious impurities on immediate and delayed results of treatment of various pathologies associated with exogenous and endogenous detoxification. 4 cl, 1 dwg
