SUBSTANCE: essentially chlorine ion-free sodium hypochlorite solution is designed for treating drinking water, disinfecting waste waters, disinfecting treatment of rooms, cattle-breeding farms, at agriculture produce processing enterprises, etc. Sodium hypochlorite is formed in situ upon direct interaction of electrolytically prepared hypochlorous acid dissolved in tributyl phosphate with preliminarily cooled aqueous sodium hydroxide at specified proportion of reactants.
