FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of 5-isopropenyltetrazole and N-vinylpyrrolidone copolymer an aqueous solution at concentration 0.01-0.05 mg/ml as an immunoadjuvant. Advantages of method: decreased cost; adjuvant can be easily mixed with antigen aqueous suspensions; low viscosity; absence of special sterilization of adjuvant and simplicity of preparing an adjuvant from dry copolymer. Method can be used for preparing antibodies raised to arboviruses using for production of diagnostic preparations and vaccines. EFFECT: simplified method, improved technology of preparing. 2 tbl
