SUBSTANCE: method involves immunization of animals with bacterial antigens introduced into lymphonodi and intramuscularly with solution of feracryl followed by drawing blood, separating immune serum forming an antigen-antibody complex and intravenous immunization with said complex. Time for preparation of horses producing tularemia diagnostic serum is reduced from 2.5-3 years to 2-3 months. Rabbits producing brucellosis agglutinating serum are prepared with inactivated antigens instead of live virulent cultures of brucellosis causative agents which rules out the necessity for strict observance of antiepidemic conditions. Sera prepared according to claimed method can be utilized for producing labelled gamma-globulins. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
