SUBSTANCE: the method is carried out by preparing silver sol and adding this obtained sol to aqueous solution of protein-polysaccharide antigen of Brucella. Then obtained mixture should be stabilized by adding phosphate buffer containing serum albumin, calf fetal serum and sodium azide. The method for preparing diagnostic kit is cheap, of high technological level, available; it enables to give up expensive equipment and provides high sensitivity and specificity of dotimmunoassay results.
