FIELD: plastic metal working, namely apparatuses for making rings by bending. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes mechanism for feeding, cutting off and ejecting blanks, unit for shaping rings having body 1, die 8 rigidly connected with body 6 sleeve 2, adaptor 3, mandrel 4 arranged in sleeve 2 and pusher 5 mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion. Mandrel 4 is stepped one, it has base rigidly connected with sleeve 2 and cantilever with cylindrical and conical portions arranged concentrically relative to openings of sleeve 2 and adaptor 3. Cantilever of mandrel, cylindrical opening 6 of sleeve 2 and cone opening 7 of adaptor 3 form duct for arranging blanks. Cantilever is provided with flat 11. Die 8 is shifted towards mandrel and it engages with respective recess of mandrel. Cutting portions of punch and die are shaped in such a way that to provide more optimal cutting modes.
