FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: neodymium-ferrum, ferroboron and fine ferrum alloying composition is melted in ceramic crucible of vacuum induction furnace. Then, milled alloy is uniformly fed to rotating lined crucible for remelting in the medium of inert gas and powdering onto rotating taper surface. The obtained particles are 0.005 to 0.02-mm thick. The obtained particles are subjected to sizing on a vibrosieve for removal of particles smaller than 0.4 mm and larger than 2.5 mm and to milling in a container by compression. After that the particles are subjected to sizing again, and powder is heat treated in vacuum at a temperature of 560 to 580 C for 1-2 min and cooled down at a rate of 200 to 400 C/min to 100 to 150 C; in the process of heat treatment powder is subjected to impact vibrations at a frequency of 1-2 Hz. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 1 tbl
