SUBSTANCE: method of performing flight of physical body connected with aerodynamic surfaces in air consists in alternating reduction and increase of force of interaction between physical body and aerodynamic surface. When this force is reduced, physical body moves downward at acceleration converting the potential energy of physical body into kinetic energy, after which force of interaction is increased stepwise and is used for abrupt deceleration of physical body relative to aerodynamic surface converting the kinetic energy into another kind of energy (for example, potential energy of compressed spring). Then energy thus accumulated is first used for acceleration motion of physical body, after which physical body is allowed to move upward by inertia decelerating its speed and converting its kinetic energy into potential energy; then the processes are repeated.
