FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: plant contains consecutively connected oxygen fermentation tank, alkaline postfermentation vessel, coagulator in the form of vessel coaxially placed in concentrator, aerator in the form of cyclone attachment, and mechanical dehydration means. Pipeline for transferring original sediment and sludge is connected with accumulation tank equipped with outside jacket to warm sediment by hot water. Accumulation tank is connected with acidic fermentation tank provided with nutritive substrate-supply autoclave. Fermentation tanks are provided with sediment and biogas recycling system and excess sludge water discharge system. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 2 dwg
