FIELD: sewage water treatment plants. SUBSTANCE: accumulator tank has a body with an inlet pipe connection, chamber for intake of averaged flow-rate sewage water with an inlet pipe connection and a means for control of the above flow rate from the settling chamber, bubblers with a compressed air feed line. The chamber is restrained by a partition. A movable draw-out wall with a float installed in guides serves as a control means. The wall lower section is located in a pit. A cyclone mixing adapter is located near the inlet pipe connection, it is tangentially connected to this pipe connection and sediment feed connection from the pit. At fluctuations of water level in the chambers the float adjusts the height of the overflow wall providing for a constant flow rate of water to the chamber. EFFECT: enhanced capacity, quality of water preparation, reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 5 dwg
