FIELD: production of nonwoven fibrous-porous materials in electrostatic field. SUBSTANCE: method consists in continuous supply through nozzle of electrically charged polymer solution containing cellulose diacetate and polyvinyl pyrolidone in weight ratio of (4-10):1, respectively, and mixture of solvents - ethyl acetate and lower alcohol in weight ratio of (3-5):1, respectively, with 5-15% concentration of solution, precipitation of fibers onto grounded receiving surface, vacuum drying of formed fibers at temperature of 30-50 C and vacuum of at least, 10 $$$ mm Hg (1.33 Pa) with subsequent removal of material from receiving surface.
