FIELD: materials science.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of non-woven micro- and nanofibrous materials of polymers and oligomers, as well as mixtures thereof, used as thermal and chemical-resistant filtering materials for fine purification of oils and fuels in aviation equipment and fuel provision systems. A composition of a solution for the production of filtering material by electric molding, used in filters of fine purification of oils and fuels at a temperature of up to 140°C in aviation equipment and fuel provision systems, is proposed. The composition of the solution, at total concentration of the molding solution of 17.0-21.5 wt.%, contains phenol formaldehyde resin of a resol type and methylolpolyamide resin at their mass ratio of 30:70-80:20, respectively. It also contains an additive of polyvinyl butyral in amount of 2.0-6.0% of the weight of dry matter, cross-linking agents: paratoluenesulfonic acid in amount of 1.0-2.2% of the weight of dry matter and maleic acid in amount of 0.5-3.0% of the weight of dry matter. It also contains a solvent – ethyl alcohol with an additive of an ethyl acetate or butyl acetate diluent in amount of 10-50% of the weight of liquid components. The use of a composition of a solution for the production of filtering material by electric molding, with an average fiber diameter of 0.3-5 mcm, used in filters of fine purification of oils and fuels at a temperature of up to 140°C in aviation equipment and fuel provision systems, is also proposed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved indicators of tensile strength and relative elongation and increases manufacturability of filtering material.
