FIELD: wound-healing means. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treating burns, purulo-septic, sluggish, bleeding, etc. wounds with increased therapeutic efficiency owing to accelerated healing of wounds and less frequent change of dressings. Dressing is atraumatic and applicable for treatment of patients in ambulatory, hospital, and field conditions. It consists of two layers, one of them, contacting with wound, being of graphitized viscose cloth with specific surface 3-4.5 sq.m/g and wetting angle for water and aqueous solutions not larger than 10 deg. Outer layer is made of nonwoven fibrous porous material with porosity 90-97% based on fibers 0.5 mcm in diameter from the mixture of cellulose diacetate polymer and polyvinylpyrrolidone at weight ratio from 4:1 to 10:1.
