FIELD: mining art, applicable in charging of vertical and steeply inclined dry and flooded holes with explosive, and when some loose or liquid substances packed in film hoses are to be placed in bore-holes. SUBSTANCE: device, including a sleeve with a tapered expansion in its lower part and a folded hose, uses a flexible member enveloping the hose in the lower part of a hollow guide for its movement to tapered expansion. The device is made as a monoblock for its placement in the bore-hole. Monoblock with necessary parameters is used, depending on the bore-hole dimensions. EFFECT: enhanced capacity. 17 cl, 2 dwg
