FIELD: mining art, applicable at loading of steeply inclined dry and flooded holes with explosive, and when placing of some loose or liquid substances packed in film hoses is necessary. SUBSTANCE: when substance is fed to a sealed hose, hose braking is accomplished at a force exceeding or equal to the force of friction of the fed substance on the hose, which determines the possibility of calculation of the required length of the hose with due account made for substance shrinkage, bending of the substance column in the hose in the hole, if a gap between the hose and hole wall is available, and bending around the hole wall roughness by the hose at a tight contact of the hose with the hole walls, as well as the safety margin of the hose providing for bonding of the substance column and hole entrance at a prolonged stay of the substance in the hole. The device for realization of the method has a hollow guide with a final length hose laid on it and fastened in its upper part; the bracking facility is made in the form of several flexible members located around the pipe lower end and fastened in a ring enveloping the pipe and hinge- joined to the pipe upper end. The flexible members are located relative to one another in such a manner that a space is provided for location of the hose folds. EFFECT: possibility of hose filling with the required amount of substance and prevention of hose folding. 20 cl, 8 dwg
