METHOD OF MIXING SUBSTANCE AND MIXER FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: preparation of mixtures by gravitational method from loose and liquid substances; preparation of explosive mixtures. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in regular separation intermediate volumes from combined flows of various components, mixing these components applying next combined flow on previous intermediate volume, forming outlet subflows and combining them in resultant flow. Jets of different components are combined in mixer. Axis of turbine mounted in mixer housing is transversal relative to direction of lows of components from combined jets. Owing to rotation of turbine, multi-stage mixing of components is performed under action of freely dropping flows and mixture is homogenized. EFFECT: improved quality of mixture. 26 cl, 4 dwg
