FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used when loading vertical or near-vertical dry and flooded wells with explosive, and also in case of necessity of placement in wells of any loose or liquid substances packed in sleeves. The device for filling of wells with substance in sleeve contains a hollow guide, enclosing its packaged sleeve and brake devices. The sleeve package is divided into sections, and brake devices are placed in the lower part of each section. The hollow guide is fitted with external ring ledges. The ring ledges are designed as coupled. Brake devices are placed between pairs of ledges. The sleeve is fitted with the external additional sleeve. The additional sleeve is assembled into the package.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of reliability of formation of explosive column in the sleeve and quality of explosive charge.
