FIELD: medicine; cytologic examination methods in stomatology, otorhinolaryngology, urology, dermatology, venerology, obstetrics and gynecology. SUBSTANCE: cellulosic film is applied onto mucosa area to be examined. Upper surface of film is coated with thin layer of emulsified edible gelatine. Contact platform 6 of rod 5 of the device is placed to tested area and by exerting pressure on handle 2 sufficient pressure is created which is necessary for adhesion of optimum quantity of cells and peeled-off epithelium.
