FIELD: medicine; forensic medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to diagnose of aspiration of stomach's content of a corps, smear-print is taken from surface of lung's cut and the print is applied onto emulsion layer of exposed photo film. The print is preliminary damped with hydrochloric acid solution having pH about 2,0. The print is placed into incubation chamber and is subject to incubation during 1-2 hours at temperature of 37°C. Then photo film is washed with running water and in case at least one part of clearing is present on the film, aspiration of stomach's content is diagnosed.
EFFECT: technical simplicity: reduced time cost; reduced amount of consumables.
