FIELD: medicine, particularly, obstetrics and gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method includes taking cells of uterus neck and vagina of woman under examination by means of spatula; addition to distilled water of lactic acid to obtain pH=4.0-4.5 (background solution); application of obtained solution to slide; cells adding of examined organ and exposure to alternating current. Examination is carried out just after placing of cells into solution of lactic acid, and then after intervals of 10-20 min. In so doing, temperature of background composition during the entire period of examination is maintained with 36-38 C. Reduction of number of cells with biokinetics below 37.2% at the beginning of examination and 27.7% in 10 min, and amplitude of nuclei variation below 3.0 mcm at the beginning of examination and below 2.5 mcm in 10 min, and variation of cytolemma below 2.6 mcm at the beginning of examination and below 2.0 mcm in 10 min, and with full stopping of cell biokinetics in 20 min are diagnosed as inflammatory disease of uterus neck of vagina. Method is simple and noninvasive, needs no considerable expenditures of means and time. EFFECT: higher sensitivity of method and short time for examination.
