FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves study of erythrocyte precipitation rate caused by two agents: antiidnotinic antiembryonal serum and control serum. The first agent: rat serum. The second agent: rat serum to whom lymphocytes from intact syngenic animals are administrated preliminary. Minimal and maximal indices of erythrocyte precipitation rate are calculated. On the basis of obtained values coefficient of malignant growth is measured and malignant tumor is determined at its value from 1.55 to 7.00. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis. 1 tbl
