METHOD FOR OBTAINING ANTIIDIOTYPICAL SERUM FOR PREDICTING MALIGNANT TUMORS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, immunology, oncology. SUBSTANCE: in syngeneic system at the first stage the body of reliably syngeneic animal should be introduced with cells of embryonic tissues with a chorion corresponding to 7-12- d-aged embryonic murine tissues obtained from pregnant animal females of the same syngeneic system, at the second stage 5-14 d after introduction of embryonic cells from immunized animal one should sample leucocytes to be introduced into the body of animal being syngeneic to previous one, and 4-12 d after carrying out the last immunization one should obtain serum due to sampling animal blood to be then kept at room temperature till development of dense clot, to be then centrifuged for complete erythrocytes deposition. Serum obtained should be taken, heated up to 60 C, sorbed at excessive cellular homogenate of syngeneic animals followed by centrifuging and filtration. At both stages it is possible to treat introduced cells with antimitotic agents, or introduce them together with immunostimulants, or substitute whole cells by their membranous fraction.
