FIELD: medicine, oncology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves study for the presence of genetic marker of immunoglobulin Gml in serum of persons living in ecologically unfortunate conditions. Analysis involves a method for erythrocyte agglutination inhibition followed by microscopic evaluation. The predisposition to development of lung cancer is prognosticated in the presence of genetic marker of immunoglobulin Gml (+), and the resistance to development of lung cancer is prognosticated in the presence of genetic marker of immunoglobulin Gml (-). Method provides simplicity for reproducibility of analysis.

EFFECT: improved method for prognosis.
